My next series of Pinoy Phososhop Tutorial will teach you on how to create a realistic rain effect using Photoshop.
Here are the 9 easy steps:
1. Open the image you want to apply this effect to. Mine is a nice place called Minalungao.

By the way, I’ve been to this place several times and still find it so amazing! Minalungao National Park offers pristine river, spring, [spacious] cave and unique geological features characterized by breath-taking rock formations – an ideal place for soul searching and communing with nature.
